At roundabout take 2nd Exit Follow this road until next roundabout (Opposite Chepstow Race Course) Take 1st Exit onto Itton Road (B4293) follow this road for 4.75 miles At the end of this road turn left onto Monmouth Road (B4293) (exiting Devauden Village) Follow Monmouth Road for 4.75 miles through the Villages of Llanishen and Trellech 1.5 miles after exiting Trellech as the road starts to decline turn right for Denise Yapp Contemporary House (Mill House) will be found on the left after one mileFrom the Direction of Ross on Wye (M50)
Follow A40 (Signposted South Wales) for 10.75 miles At traffic lights in Monmouth continue forward and after 1/3rd mile take first exit (signposted Trelleck, Rockfield) Follow this road until T-junction and turn left onto the B4293 (signposted Trelleck) After ½ mile turn left (signposted Trellech, Chepstow) B4293 Follow this road for 3 miles and turn left signposted Denise Yapp Contemporary House (Mill House) will be found on the left after one mileFrom M4 Newport (Coldra Exit)
